A HUGE part of what we do in student ministry is dependent on adult volunteers. All this means is that we are a ministry who's outcome is defined by the adult volunteers (or lack of) in our ministry! We have dedicated this section of our website for just that: our adult volunteers.
HOW DO I GET PLUGGED IN?
Step 1: Print and fill out a BACKGROUND CHECK CONSENT FORM
Step 2: Print and fill out an ADULT LEADER SURVEY
Step 3: Listen to the certification tracks below & fill out the worksheets as you listen to turn in. THIS IS A REQUIREMENT FOR EVERYONE PRIOR TO SERVING IN OUR MINISTRY! Listening to these three, thirty-five minute tracks will place a new adult volunteer on the same page as the rest of the leadership in our ministry! Then, feel free to listen to the additional tracks for further development in student ministry.
